Educational Outreach

The Educational emphasis for the Eastern Washington Affiliate of Susan G. Komen is dictated by a report (The Community Profile) that we generate from our 14 county region, every two years. We evaluate the needs of the underserved (in regard to breast health) and make an effort to focus our educational volunteers in those communities that need us most. Usually, these communities are ones that are outside of Spokane County. We do however, attend many events around Spokane that target specific communities of need.
 
If you would like to help us at health fairs or events in the following counties: Okanogan, Ferry, Stevens, Pend Oreille, Lincoln, Spokane, Adams, Whitman, Benton, Franklin, Walla Walla, Garfield, Columbia and Asotin, then please contact us to see what events we will be attending in your area, and if we need more help!
